Bottle Gourd, Cranberries,Wheat Grass Smoothie

INGREDIENT #

  • 8-10 Cubes of Bottle Gourd (without skin)
  • 1-2 Bananas (optional)
  • ½ cup of cranberries
  • ½ cup of fresh Wheat Grass or 1-2 spoons of Wheat Grass Powder
  • 2-3 spoons of oats
  • 1 spoon of Sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, agave or maple syrup or brown sugar
  • Half inch of ginger
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt or black salt

METHOD #

  1. Add all of the ingredients with a bit of water or almond Milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until everything is mixed (30 to 40 second)
  3. Add more water or Almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
