Banana, Beet, Raisin smoothie

Ingredients #

  • ½ cup beets, chopped or shredded
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 15-20 dry raisin (soaked overnight or at least 1-2 hours)
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, agave or maple syrup or brown sugar
  • Almond Milk

Method #

  1. Add all of the ingredients with a bit of water or almond Milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until everything is mixed (30 to 40 second)
  3. Add more water or Almond milk if the mixture is too thick.

Enjoy your smoothie!!!
