Pineapple,Celery Smoothie

Ingredients #

  • 3-5 slices of pineapple
  • 1-3 celery stalks
  • Coconut water or filtered water
  • 2-3 spoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of honey, agave or maple syrup or brown sugar
  • Half inch of ginger
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Few drops of lemon juice
  • Half spoon of cumin powder or seeds(I love to add cumin seeds in this smoothie)

Method #

  • Rinse your celery in lukewarm water.
  • Add all of the ingredients with a bit of water or coconut water to a blender.
  • Blend until everything is mixed(30 to 40 second) ( I am using Vitamix for blending)
  • Add water if the mixture is too thick.
  • Enjoy your smoothie.

This smoothie is very healthy because mostly all ingredients are helps you to remove excess    water weight from your body and also helps to flush out toxins.
