Banana, Beet, Raisin smoothie

½ cup beets (chopped or shredded)

2 Ripe bananas

15-20 dry raisin(soaked overnight or at least 1-2 hours)

¼ cup oats

1 teaspoon of honey, agave or maple syrup or brown sugar

Almond Milk


Add all of the ingredients with a bit of water or almond Milk to a blender.

Blend until everything is mixed(30 to 40 second)

Add more water or Almond milk if the mixture is too thick.

Enjoy your smoothie!!!
